Faith Conditioner: What is it?
A Faith Conditioner is a faith filled bible verse memorized and repeated daily, in order to condition the spiritual environment of your life.  In much the same way an air conditioner changes the atmosphere of your immediate surroundings, so a faith conditioner changes the atmosphere of your spiritual life. As you memorize and repeat a faith conditioner regularly, it will begin to change your spiritual environment.  If you use them continuously, they will change your life.

How do I use it?
I recommend 3 X 3.  It means to repeat the faith conditioner to yourself 3 times, 3 times each day. You can say them out loud or silently.  Either way, be intentional about doing this three different times during your day.  You might try breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  You may want to put a written copy of the bible verse in obvious places where you will see it at different times throughout your day.  Find a way to remind yourself to repeat the verse three times, three times during your day for a period of two weeks.  Then move on to another Faith Conditioner and repeat the process.

At Westside I am providing and preaching from a different Faith Conditioner every two weeks.  Here is a list of the Faith Conditioners given so far and a brief statement about each one.

Faith Conditioner 1
Do not be conformed to the ways of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mid.  Then you will be able to know God’s will.
Romans 12:2

Statement about Romans 12:2
What you think greatly determines how you feel and act.  If you think as our world thinks, those thoughts will shape you.  If you think about God and God’s promises, those thoughts will shape you.  Focusing your mind upon God will change you from the inside out.  It will lead you to God’s will for your life.

Faith Conditioner 2
“The things which are impossible for people are possible with God.”
Luke 18:27

Statement about Luke 18:27
We all face what appear to be impossible circumstances.  But what is impossible for us is possible for God.  God can help us do what seems impossible.  To have faith is to believe and affirm that truth.  Pray.  Believe in God.  Say, “God is doing the impossible through me, right now!”

Faith Conditioner 3
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not depend upon your own understanding.  Acknowledge God in all you do and he will guide your life.”
Proverbs 3:5

Statement about Proverbs 3:5
Trusting God with all your heart doesn’t come naturally or easily.  It requires clear thinking and practice.  We also must remind ourselves that our own efforts or understanding are not enough.  Those who trust in God, do their best and rely on him for the results.  When we constantly look to God we find that God is leading our life. In doing this we find both peace and life.

Faith Conditioner 4
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
I Corinthians 2:9

Statement about I Corinthians 2:9
Do you believe God has wonderful things in store for you?  This text says you cannot see, hear, or imagine all the good and glorious things God has prepared for your life.  Those who love Him; those who trust him; those who put his principles into practice will discover more to life that we dare dream. Can you believe it?  Will you believe it?  If you do, it will make all the difference.

Faith Conditioner 5
“If anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”     I Corinthians 5:17

Statement about I Corinthians 5:17

Never be discouraged about yourself.  You may have tried to rid your- self of weaknesses without success.  The truth is you cannot change on your own.  Christ, however, can change you.
Remember that with Christ in your life something has changed.  Rely upon him, not yourself, to change you.  Focus your thoughts upon the fact that his Spirit works within you.  Believe that he is and will make you new.

Faith Conditioner 6
“This is the day that the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it!”
Psalm 118:24

Statement about Psalm 118:24
God created this day.  It is a gift from God to you.  When you understand that, it makes each day exciting and filled with possibilities.  If you don’t, it seems like just another day.  You miss the potential of today.
Since this day is a gift from God to you, joy and gratitude are your natural response.
